Travel / Transport

Do we need a shuttle bus pass?

-The shuttle bus is the easiest way to get between the day and night time venues. It runs for all 3 nights of the festival for the same price as it would likely cost you for one round trip in a taxi.

Where can I buy shuttles?

Please follow the link to buy a shuttle pass:  https://go.kaboodle.co.uk/defected-malta-shuttles

Festival shuttles are the best way to get around the island, to and from your accommodation and between the main resort and festival site. This shuttle pass includes unlimited travel from 7th-9th October.

Where do I collect my shuttle pass?

Your shuttle pass will be in the form of a wristband, and should be collected when you get your general festival wristband at the Box Office

How often do shuttles arrive at the daytime / nighttime venues?

Information surrounding shuttles will be made available closer to the time

It is approximately 20 mins drive between day and night time venues.

How far is the airport from the daytime venue?

The airport is approximately 30 minute drive from Café del Mar.

How far is the airport from the nighttime venue?

The airport is approximately 20 minute drive from Uno.

Do you offer airport transfers?

-Yes, we have either private taxis or shared coaches which will take you from the airport directly to your hotel and back again. It's the easiest way to get to and from the airport and can be added to your existing ticket/package or booked separately.
